ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that needs to be clicked. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it, and you will be kept informed about the progress. Estimated delivery date = order processing time + delivery time.
Order processing time is usually 1–5 business days and depends on product availability and the chosen payment method.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the selected delivery method.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Each product includes an estimated dispatch time. We do our best to ensure that the availability shown on the website reflects our actual stock levels, but occasionally delays may occur- in such cases, we’ll notify you promptly.
If you order multiple products, the dispatch time for the entire order will be based on the item with the longest lead time.
You may request split shipments-  please contact us or leave a note when placing your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Przelewy24–  the most convenient and fastest option. Payments made during working hours are typically processed instantly.
Bank transfer– order processing begins once the payment has been received. 

DELIVERY METHODS

We ship worldwide, with only a few exceptions- to get a shipping quote, please use the contact form.

In Poland, orders shipped by courier usually arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch. Free shipping for orders over 500 PLN.
