ORDER PROCESSING TIME

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to confirm your order. Once we receive your confirmation, we begin processing it. You’ll be kept informed about the progress every step of the way.
Estimated delivery date = dispatch time + delivery time
Dispatch time depends on the availability of products and the chosen payment method, while delivery time depends on the selected delivery option.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Each product includes an estimated dispatch time. We do our best to ensure that the availability shown on the website reflects our actual stock levels, but occasionally delays may occur – in such cases, we’ll notify you promptly.
If you order multiple products, the dispatch time for the entire order will be based on the item with the longest lead time.
You may request split shipments – please contact us or leave a note when placing your order.
