I. Order Placement and Fulfilment
1. The Store sells goods and services within Poland via the Internet. Information about goods and services is available at artfactoria.com.
2. Customers of the Store may be individuals with full or limited legal capacity, legal persons, or organisational units without legal personality.
3. Orders can be placed online 24/7 via artfactoria.com. Orders are processed on working days during the Store’s business hours.
4. To place an order, the Customer must have an active email account, fill out the order form and accept these Terms and Conditions, or register a Customer Account.
5. Advertisements, price lists, and product descriptions on the site do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code but are an invitation to enter into a contract. The Store reserves the right to change product or service prices.
6. By submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products or services. An email with a request to confirm the order will be sent. Upon confirmation and acceptance by the Store, the order enters processing.
